Q2. How about the card artwork design?
A: To ensure efficiency, we prefer customers to provide us artwork file with following format: AI or PDF or CDR; Please let us know the style you would if there is no avaliable design on your hand.
Q3. What if i haven’t a designer?
A: Just let us know the style you like and the card information you want put on the card.
Q4. What about the lead time for products mass production?
A: It would usually take 7-10 working days, it depend on the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can I have samples before place the order?
A: If you make a large order, then we are pleasure to send the stock samples for your reference, or make samples according to your design.
